HVAC Service Dispatcher Richard's Heating and Air Repair, Inc. is a locally owned, family-operated company that has served California's Tri-Valley area for more than 25 years. We provide residential and light commercial HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair services, always focusing on honest recommendations and dependable workmanship. We are looking for an experienced HVAC Service Dispatcher who can keep technicians organized, customers informed, and the daily schedule running smoothly. This is an important role for someone who enjoys solving problems, coordinating multiple priorities, and delivering excellent customer service. Compensation: $30.29-$35.00 per hour Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance-100% employer-paid for the employee 401(k) with company match of up to 4% Seven paid holidays each year Paid sick leave earned at one hour for every 30 hours worked Paid time off that increases with tenure: One week during the first year Two weeks after one year Three weeks after two years Four weeks after five years ServiceTitan and other tools provided What You'll Do Manage the daily service schedule and assign calls to technicians based on location, skill set, availability, and urgency Communicate appointment details, schedule changes, and arrival updates to customers Monitor technicians throughout the day and adjust the schedule when emergencies or delays arise Maintain accurate records of service calls, technician assignments, and customer communications Follow up on parts, return visits, and outstanding scheduling needs Work closely with technicians and office team members to keep operations organized Provide professional, friendly service during every customer interaction Identify scheduling challenges and help develop practical solutions Follow company procedures and maintain high standards for phone etiquette and customer care What We're Looking For 2+ years customer service, admin or scheduling experience Strong knowledge of HVAC service operations and scheduling preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Calm, professional approach when handling schedule changes or customer concerns Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field-service software is preferred Dependable team player with a customer-focused mindset #J-18808-Ljbffr
