Responsibilities

Provide compassionate personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs)

Provide mobility and transfer assistance as needed

Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping

Support clients with incontinence care and other daily needs

Provide medication reminders, as permitted by the care plan and applicable regulations

Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for clients

Follow the client's care plan and agency policies

Communicate changes in the client's condition to the appropriate supervisor

Provide companionship and emotional support

Complete required documentation and shift notes

Participate in required training and ongoing education

0 years of experience welcome — previous caregiving or healthcare experience is a plus

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Must be willing to complete required onboarding and training

AHCA Level 2 background screening required

Must meet all applicable employment and agency requirements

Must be available to work the assigned schedule

AHCA Level 2 Background Screening

Candidates must successfully complete the required Level 2 fingerprint-based background screening before working independently with clients.
