Childcare Teacher – Full-Time

We Are 1 Childcare #3 is looking for a caring, dependable, and energetic Childcare Teacher to join our growing team!

Location:
1925 2nd Ave South
Irondale, AL 35210

Pay:
$12.00–$15.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule

• Full-time

• Monday–Friday

• 7–8 paid hours per day

• 8–9 hour scheduled shift with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break

• Schedule varies between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM based on the needs of the center

• Must be available to work opening or closing shifts as assigned

Responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times.

• Provide a nurturing, caring, and positive learning environment.

• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities.

• Maintain a clean and organized classroom.

• Assist with meals, diapering, potty training, nap time, and daily routines.

• Communicate professionally with parents and coworkers.

• Follow all Alabama childcare licensing regulations and center policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Previous childcare experience preferred.

• Must successfully pass all required background checks.

• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.

• Ability to work well in a team environment.

• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus or willingness to obtain.
