Job Description

The Registered Nurse in Labor and Delivery will provide comprehensive care to patients during labor and delivery. Responsibilities include assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care. Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring adherence to professional standards are essential. The role involves collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to promote optimal patient outcomes. Candidates must possess strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment is crucial. Candidates should be comfortable with various procedures and technology used in Labor and Delivery. A commitment to continuous learning and professional development is expected.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience

License: Valid RN State License

Certifications: BLS, ACLS, AWHONN, NRP, CPI

Must-Have: Ability to provide safe, quality patient care in a complex environment, strong assessment and clinical skills, excellent communication and teamwork abilities
