Therapist - Occupational Therapist

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• 
  Assess patients' conditions to determine their therapy needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  
  
• 
  Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' daily living skills and motor functions.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and share progress updates.
  
  
• 
  Document patient progress, therapy outcomes, and treatment plans in compliance with facility policies.
  
  
• 
  Educate patients and families on therapy exercises and strategies for ongoing recovery.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Possess a valid State or Federal occupational therapy license.
  
  
• 
  Hold current CPR certification.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills.
  
  
• 
  Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  
  
• 
  Prior experience in a clinical or outpatient setting is preferred.
