Role A Physical Therapist providing one-on-one services in inpatient and outpatient settings, working within a multidisciplinary team to evaluate, treat, and discharge patients with a variety of diagnoses, including neuro and orthopedic conditions. Responsibilities Conduct assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, document patient progress, and coordinate discharge and follow-up care. Demonstrate proficiency in treatment protocols, recognize condition changes, and consult with healthcare professionals as needed. Manage schedules effectively, ensure timely documentation, and pursue ongoing professional development. Serve as a clinical instructor and assist with onboarding new staff and students. Qualifications Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy, Maryland/DC/Virginia licensure, and BLS certification required. Skills Strong clinical evaluation, treatment implementation, documentation, time management, and team collaboration skills.
