- Prepare and execute menu items according to Craig’s recipes.
- Maintain strict sanitation, food safety, and cleanliness standards throughout each shift.
- Participate in daily prep and breakdown with attention to detail.
- Communicate clearly with team members and chefs.
- 1+ years experience in a kitchen.
- Strong knife skills, culinary technique, and sense of urgency.
- Reliable, punctual, and focused on consistent execution.
- Passion for hospitality, craft, and excellence in food preparation.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and work in a hot, fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Daytime, weekends, and holidays required.
