Financial Services Specialist
Alpha Home Health and Hospice
Role Overview The position involves managing benefit programs for public employees, including retirement, health, life, disability, and long-term care insurance. Key Responsibilities Resolve disputes related to benefit plans, negotiate policy interpretations, and advise participants on resolution options. Qualifications Must reside in Wisconsin, with knowledge of health, life, income continuation insurance, and the Wisconsin Retirement System. Familiarity with federal and state laws governing Medicare is essential. Skills & Abilities Proficiency in computer applications, effective communication, negotiation, problem resolution, research, data analysis, and public relations. Ability to develop educational materials and understand healthcare delivery systems is also required. Ideal Candidate Experienced in health and retirement benefits, capable of independent decision-making, and skilled in dispute resolution and advocacy. #J-18808-Ljbffr
