Position Overview 100% Outpatient Internal/Family MedicineProvide comprehensive care for adult patients, managing acute and chronic conditionsPerform physical exams, diagnostic evaluations, and develop treatment plansPrescribe medications, administer immunizations, and manage chronic disease careEmphasis on preventive care, wellness visits, and population healthDeliver culturally sensitive care with attention to social determinants of healthCollaborate closely with a multidisciplinary care team, including APPs, nurses, and specialistsParticipate in community outreach and health education initiativesDocument all encounters accurately and timely in the EHRMonday Friday daytime schedule Occasional travel to other clinic locations, as neededTuition reimbursement and CME support.
