What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality nursing care in various ICU settings including MICU, TICU, Neuro ICU, and Burn ICU
• Float to multiple ICU units as needed while maintaining patient safety and comfort
• Monitor patient condition and respond to emergencies promptly
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently using Epic electronic health records
• Adhere to all safety protocols and standards of care in a fast-paced environment
• Support patient and family education to promote recovery and well-being

What You Need

• Valid RN license in Louisiana or willing to obtain
• Minimum 2 years ICU experience in a hospital setting
• Strong clinical skills with proficiency in Epic electronic health records
• Certifications: BLS and ACLS (preferred certifications: CPI & CCRN)
• Ability to work night shifts and float across multiple ICU specialties
• Positive attitude, excellent communication, and teamwork skills
