$24+/hr DOE + Quarterly Performance Bonus up to $10,000/yr **SPANISH SPEAKING CANDIDATES PREFERRED**

Rubicon Health & Wellness is a fast-growing primary care, functional medicine, and aesthetics practice in Layton, UT — and we're building a team that wants to grow with us. If you're a Medical Assistant, EMT, or Paramedic who's tired of being a cog in a hospital machine and wants to actually matter to your patients and your team, and be rewarded for your efforts, keep reading.

What You'll Do:

• Room patients, take vitals, and complete intake documentation in AdvancedMD
• Operate EMSella and EMSculpt Neo body contouring devices (we train you)
• Support infrared sauna and cold plunge sessions
• Assist with lab draws and specimen preparation
• Cover front desk when needed — you're part of one team
• Work with your team to creatively problem solve and innovate
• Schedule patients, assist with prior authorizations, and medical records requests
• IV starts (if trained)

What We're Looking For:

• MA certification (CMA, RMA, or equivalent), EMT, or Paramedic — all welcome to apply
• Clinical experience in a fast-paced outpatient, emergency, or wellness setting
• Someone who takes initiative and doesn't need to be told what needs doing
• Coachable, team-first, and genuinely excited about functional and aesthetic medicine
• A creative problem solver who brings ideas and innovates alongside the team
• Spanish speaking preferred

Hours: We start PROMPTLY at 830 AM. Shifts are 8:30 am to 6:30 PM. This is for 4-10 hour shifts per week.
