Key Highlights Weekly pay: $1,889–$2,048 per week Guaranteed hours: 36 per week Contract duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days Start date: 06/22/2026 Setting: hospital environment Responsibilities Provide OR coverage as CVOR tech, including scrubbing and circulating for ortho, neuro, robotic, vascular, general, urology, and gyne procedures Prepare and maintain sterile fields, assist with instrument handling, and set up robotic systems and CVOR equipment as needed Assist with patient positioning, instrumentation management, specimen handling, and ensuring supply availability and infection control Monitor intraoperative imaging and cardiovascular instrumentation, coordinating with surgical and anesthesia teams for smooth case flow Adhere to on-call requirements and 4/10 scheduling, with no block schedule guaranteed Requirements Experience across ortho, neuro, robotic, vascular, general, urology, and gyne procedures in an OR CVOR environment Ability to work days in a hospital setting with on-call responsibilities as required Comfortable with a 4/10 schedule and variable case load Strong teamwork, communication, and adherence to sterile technique and safety protocols Must be able to operate in a fast‑paced surgical environment and follow perioperative standards Benefits and Support Guaranteed 36 hours per week on a 13‑week travel assignment Start‑date aligned travel assignment with dedicated support On‑site orientation and assignment readiness planning Comprehensive travel‑staff support from Healthforce Healthcare LLC Please note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
