Overview Responsibilities: Manage Store Operations and Drive Results, including, but not limited to: cost controls, inventory, food, image standards, store cleanliness, attendance and punctuality. Recruit, Develop, and Retain staff team members. Manage Food Safety and Team Member Safety. Provide Best in Class Customer Service. Increase Sales and Profit Potential.
