Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via video chat, focusing on improving clients' mental well-being.
• Facilitate discussions that help clients explore their emotions and experiences, aiding their personal insight and growth.
• Act as a client advocate, helping to define and achieve their therapeutic goals through structured support.
• Assess clients’ mental health conditions and develop comprehensive treatment plans using evidence-based methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a carefully screened clientele, consisting of stable adults with low acuity mental health needs. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Active, independent, and unrestricted licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LPCC, LMFT, LCSW) in good standing with the state board.
• Exemplary interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and empathetic approach to client interactions.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in teletherapy and working with diverse adult populations will find their skills particularly advantageous.
