Total Rewards As a member of the VCA family, eligible full-time employees will be rewarded with a comprehensive package, including: Compensation Compensation is negotiable based on education, experience, and other relevant credentials. The annual salary range for this position is $150,000 to $300,000. This position may also be eligible for other variable pay programs.
