$65,000 - $100,000 Responsibilities:

Perform legal research across a range of issues within the practice area

Prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs

Support case preparation and ongoing case management

Advocate for clients at court hearings and in negotiations

Keep current on new and changing laws and regulations

Partner with senior attorneys on complex matters

Be able and willing to travel to courthouses across Central Florida as your caseload requires

Have strong proofreading skills, with a sharp eye for grammar, spelling, and punctuation mistakes

Qualifications:

The successful candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school Admitted to practice law in the state of Florida 2-3 years of experience litigating family law cases Experience working in a law office setting Strong knowledge of the Florida Rules of Evidence Fluency in both English and Spanish is
