Job Description

·                     Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all plant operations

·                     Foster and strengthen team culture while tracking KPIs and operational metrics

·                     Oversee a non-union facility encompassing batch, mix, blend, fab, and pour operations

·                     Directly manage 4–5 supervisors/leads and approximately 45 associates across woodshop, rebar shop, fab shop, forklift/truck drivers, and maintenance teams

·                     Collaborate cross-functionally with safety, procurement, estimating, production, and dispatch departments

Key Requirements 

·                     Strong business acumen with proven ability to manage KPIs, metrics, continuous improvement, scrap reduction, and safety programs

·                     Preference for candidates with concrete experience; open to candidates from related manufacturing backgrounds

·                     Experience in both manual and automated manufacturing environments preferred

·                     Willingness to relocate

·                     BS degree preferred
