Pay: $20.00–$25.00 per hour (Based on Experience)

A growing company in Columbus, Indiana is seeking an experienced Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish) to join our team. We are looking for an energetic, organized, and people-focused professional who enjoys building relationships, finding qualified candidates, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Source, recruit, interview, and qualify candidates for a variety of positions.
  • Create and manage online job postings.
  • Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews.
  • Coordinate pre-employment and onboarding activities.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Track recruiting activity and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Utilize recruiting tools, social media, and other sourcing methods to identify qualified candidates.
  • Assist with office projects and other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
  • Previous recruiting or human resources experience preferred.
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is highly preferred.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or GED required; additional education is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits
