Shipping And Receiving TechnicianSouth Phoenix Oil & Gas Company is searching for a reliable, detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Technician to support daily warehouse operations, including inventory handling, order fulfillment, and outbound shipping. This role plays a key role in ensuring accurate and timely movement of materials to support both production and customer orders. The ideal candidate has hands-on warehouse experience, is comfortable working in an ERP system, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Shipping ResponsibilitiesPick, stage, and kit mechanical and electrical components using work orders and Bills of Materials (BOMs), ensuring accuracy and completenessReceiving incoming materials and accurately enter transactions into the ERP/MRP systemLocate, identify, and track inventory using part numbers, storage locations, and system dataOrganize and maintain warehouse inventory to support efficient material flow and accessibilityPrepare and stage materials for production and outbound shipmentsAssist with packaging and processing domestic shipmentsApply FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory practices to ensure proper stock rotationMaintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in alignment with warehouse standardsPrioritize tasks based on production and shipping needs in a fast-paced environmentRequired Skills:Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, or similar systems)Forklift experience preferred; ability to obtain certification requiredStrong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillmentAbility to work independently or as part of a teamAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. unassistedPreferred Skills:High School Diploma or GED preferred1+ year of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience preferredExperience with ERP/MRP systems and data entryAre you ready to join a different kind of company where our people, our culture, and our commitments are centered around providing trusted solutions that improve lives around the world?IDEX is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
