Director, Data Reliability & Snowflake Operations

Zelis is building an AI-native Data Cloud foundation and seeks a Director of ZDC Operations to own the reliability, monitoring, and quality of production data pipelines on Snowflake. You will establish a Center of Excellence, drive automation, and lead a distributed team across L1/L2/L3, ensuring data products and dashboards run predictably with SLA adherence. You will hire and mentor a Data Reliability Engineering practice, shape runbooks and dashboards, and partner with teams to improve CI/CD, #J-18808-Ljbffr
