• Mill Facility Operations: Execute demanding, hands-on production labor safely inside a high-volume, fast-paced industrial mill setting.
• Material Logistics: Physically move, lift, and stack dense raw lumber materials and processed wood products across active line tracks.
• Active Line Maintenance: Maintain constant physical movement throughout the shift to keep processing bays clear, clear debris, and support machinery operators.
• Shop Safety Stewardship: Adhere strictly to mill safety regulations, monitor machinery warning signs, and ensure a hazard-free work zone.

• Pay Rate: $17.50 / hour.
• Schedule: Monday – Friday (Enjoy a consistent weekday routine with your weekends completely free!).
• Shift Options (Choose Your Ideal Run):
• Day Shift: 4:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Great for early birds!).
• Night Shift: 4:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Includes excellent built-in night production hours).
• Shift Structure: Full-time, high-volume 12-hour shifts with premium overtime opportunities.
• Location: Hoquiam, WA.
• Status: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire path.

• Trade Background: Prior verifiable experience handling rigorous labor inside an industrial, manufacturing, or heavy warehouse layout is required.
• Employment Longevity: A proven history of steady, long-term reliability and longevity in your past employment backgrounds is highly valued.
• Physical Conditioning: Absolute physical capacity to stand, walk, bend, and execute constant, heavy manual labor throughout a full 12-hour production shift .
• Heavy Lifting Mastery: Ability to safely lift, push, pull, and maneuver dense products weighing 50–75 lbs frequently without assistance.
• Core Skills: Basic English reading and writing literacy to interpret standard mill orders and safety instructions.
