Compensation: $75,000 - $150,000+ commission based Responsibilities: Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close What You'll Do As a Licensed Real Estate Buyer's Agent , you'll help buyers find the right home and guide them through the entire buying process.
