We're big fans of server-side Kotlin, and we produce clean, testable code fast and push it into production several times a day via our CI / CD pipeline.What You'll Do:Work closely with other functional areas in the company product, marketing, and front-end engineers to rapidly iterate on our product and find the best solutions to our challenges.Take ownership of features – from inception through design and coding, eventually bringing your feature to production at a high level of quality and test coverage.What We Need:At least 4 years of proven experience in Backend development. Java/Kotlin or similar languages (Python,.NET).A B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent is a must.Excellent knowledge and understanding of OOP concepts and best practicesHands-on development of highly distributed, cloud-based environments - an advantage. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including, without limitation, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. ERGO NEXT employees are also potentially eligible for our annual performance-based incentive program, in addition to our benefits package, consisting of our partially subsidized medical plan, fully subsidized vision/dental options, life insurance, disability insurance, 401(k), flexible paid time off, parental leave and more.US annual base salary range for this full-time position:$127,000 - $171,000 USDDon't meet every single requirement?
