Engaging with customers to enhance their experience, the full-time Connections Specialist will provide tailored solutions using Zillow's products and services while working remotely from any U.S. location. Key responsibilities Interact directly with customers to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutions Facilitate connections between customers and Zillow products or professionals, ensuring an outstanding customer experience Collaborate with team members to foster a supportive environment and drive accountability for achieving goals Required qualifications 1+ year of experience in account management, customer service, or sales with a proven track record of meeting goals Comfortable conducting inbound and outbound consultative sales calls with strong objection handling skills Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and build trust with customers Experience with web-based products and proficiency in Google Suite Willingness to work flexible schedules, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
