Summary You will serve as a SUPPLY TECHNICIAN in the Supply Division, S-4 Department of MCAS BEAUFORT SC. Responsibilities You will serve as a Garrison Property advisor and technical expert and oversee branch operations in the absence of the Property Control Officer (PCO). You will use property and procurement systems to manage funding, resolve data discrepancies, and maintain accurate Air Station property records. You will review internal controls, automated data, and processes to identify and correct accounting issues. You will analyze inventory data, including property locations, quantities, and funding balances, to maintain accountability and prevent funding over-obligations. You will assist with investigations involving missing, lost, damaged, or presumed stolen equipment. You will coordinate with customers and technical support personnel to resolve complex issues and provide guidance on property acquisition, accountability, receipt, and turn-in. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Performing supply, logistics, inventory, or property accountability functions; maintaining records and reviewing supply documentation; identifying and resolving discrepancies; and assisting with the receipt, issue, transfer, inventory, or turn-in of property.
