Job Description:

Seeking a Charge Registered Nurse for the Emergency Room with a minimum of 3+ years of ER experience. This position requires handling various emergencies in a high-stakes environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate nursing care in the Emergency Room.
• Maintain effective communication with healthcare teams.
• Ensure patient safety and care standards are met.

Requirements:

• Charge RN experience required; 3+ years of ER experience mandatory.
• No first-time travelers; 5+ years of ER and large facility experience preferred.
• Valid KS or compact license, BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNCC certifications required.
• Willing to float occasionally, work weekends, holidays, and take on-call shifts as needed.
