Family Promise Big Bend seeks an energetic Family Shelter Care Manager to provide fast-paced care management to families in the HOPE Community Family Shelter. You will engage families to access housing, employment, health, transportation, childcare, and other services. You will also maintain HMIS records, service plans, case notes, and housing documentation while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
