This is a full-time role with overtime opportunities and hands-on training to build your HVAC career.Key Responsibilities:Assist with HVAC system installations, including ductwork and equipment setupLoad and operate basic HVAC tools and materialsSupport senior installers with layout, measurements, and connectionsEnsure job site cleanliness and organizationFollow safety protocols and company installation standardsRequirements & Qualifications:Strong physical ability (lift up to 100 lbs, work in tight/hot/cold spaces)Willingness to climb, kneel, crawl, and work in attics or rooftopsBasic mechanical skills and use of hand/power toolsExcellent communication and time managementReliable transportation and valid driver's license preferredMust be willing to consent to undergoing a background check, drug screen, physical, and lift test (must be able to frequently lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs).Benefits:401(k) with company matchMedical, dental, and vision insuranceLife insurancePaid vacation and holidaysOn-the-job training and advancement opportunitiesWork Environment:Field: Works in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces.
