Explore. at the South Rim of the Grand Canyon! Job Summary The basic function of this position is to prepare baked items for the dining rooms and special functions. The Details Position Type: Full-Time, Year-Round Pay: $18.05 per hour Schedule: Typical schedule is 40 hours, 5 days/per week (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays) Why Grand Canyon South Rim? Responsibilities Knowledge of recipe reading, knows measurements and possesses scaling ability Good piping skills Plate scaping Daily dessert set-up Daily dessert production Bread production Maintain standards of cleanliness Qualifications Previous experience in volume production Ability to work on several tasks at once in a timely manner with minimal supervision Follows written and verbal direction well Flexible schedule, ability to rotate between AM and PM shifts as needed Ability to scale up/down recipe quantities Knowledge of recipe reading and measurements Physical Requirements Constantly: Stand, walk, handle, reach outward, bend, lift/carry up to 20lbs, push/pull up to 25lbs. Frequently: Reach above the shoulder, squat/kneel, lift/carry up to 50lbs, push/pull up to 40lbs. Occasionally: Sit, climb, crawl, lift/carry up to 100lbs, push/pull up to 100lbs.
