Senior GRC Analyst

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Governance Analyst to support their Cybersecurity Strategy & Governance team. This individual will serve as a key contributor across the cybersecurity program, partnering with leaders throughout IT and the business to maintain, improve, and mature cybersecurity governance processes.

This is an ideal opportunity for a senior-level cybersecurity governance professional who can quickly ramp up, operate independently, and drive initiatives with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, maintain, and enhance cybersecurity policies, standards, procedures, and governance documentation

• Partner with cybersecurity, IT, and business leaders to document, evaluate, and improve cybersecurity processes

• Facilitate meetings and work sessions with stakeholders across corporate and property-level IT teams

• Manage governance-related workstreams, ensuring action items, risks, issues, and remediation efforts are tracked through completion

• Support cybersecurity governance initiatives focused on process optimization, compliance, and operational maturity

• Build and maintain governance metrics, dashboards, and reporting for leadership

• Support security awareness activities, including phishing program administration, reporting, and process improvements

• Recommend and implement workflow enhancements and automation opportunities across governance functions

• Collaborate across multiple cybersecurity disciplines including infrastructure security, IAM, risk management, compliance, and security operations

Skills and Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Cybersecurity Governance, GRC, Cyber Risk, Security Compliance, or a related field

• Experience supporting enterprise-level cybersecurity governance or GRC programs

• Experience reviewing and maintaining cybersecurity policies, standards, and processes

• Experience with security awareness/phishing programs

• Strong stakeholder management skills • ServiceNow GRC/IRM, Onspring, Archer, KnowBe4, Hoxhunt, or Power BI

• Workflow automation and process improvement experience

• Experience supporting large enterprise organizations
