Inbound Supervisor

Summary We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily inbound operations and lead a team in a fast-paced distribution environment. This role is responsible for scheduling, training, and mentoring employees while ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are consistently achieved. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of supervisory experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to drive process improvements. Bilingual English/Spanish, WMS knowledge, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are highly preferred. • Supervise, mentor and empower team members
• Plan and assign work and work schedules
• Train and cross-train team members
• Responsible for interviewing and onboarding new hires.
• Manage performance and terminations.
• Accountable for maintaining quality and safety standards, improving

productivity, and driving a culture of process improvement

• Prepare all reports and logs as required.
• Provide weekly data including but not limited to productivity, safety, and

housekeeping to management as required

• Maintain the warehouse in a clean, safe, and orderly condition.
• Participates in special projects as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 2+ years recent distribution/warehouse supervisory experience
• Voice to Pick System experience
• Inbound experience within receiving, bulk, or stocking
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
• Understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and reporting
• Excellent verbal & written communications skills
• Excellent organizational, problem solving, and follow-up skills
• Demonstrated ability to drive change and influence others
• Ability to effectively work in a fast-paced, diverse team environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Applications (e.g. Outlook, Excel and Word)
• Champion of People, Change Agent, and gaining a complete understanding of the

• Demonstrated focus on internal and external customers.
• Intermediate in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and other relevant software.
• Highly motivated, with a track record of achieving personal, team, and
