Job Opportunity – Pediatric Float ICU Nurse – Georgia

Start Date: October 26, 2026

Location: Atlanta, Georgia

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Weekend Block – Friday through Sunday, Days. Patient ratio 2-3:1. Holiday rotation includes either Thanksgiving or Christmas based on facility needs. Any missed shifts must be made up as scheduled.

Highlights:

• Float assignment across two campuses covering multiple intensive care units including PICU, NICU, TDICU, CICU, and general/specialty care areas as needed
• EPIC electronic medical records system
• Minimum 2 years of experience required in CICU and NICU, in addition to PICU experience
• Weekend block schedule provides weekday availability
• Pediatric specialty environment with diverse critical care exposure

Requirements:

• Active Georgia nursing license or valid Compact state license
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in CICU and NICU settings
• PICU experience required
• Mandatory flu vaccination (no exemptions permitted)
• Nicotine-free screening required as part of pre-employment drug screening
• Ability to float between two campus locations
