About this opportunity Ericsson is a global leader in telecommunications, delivering innovative in‑building Radio Access Network (RAN) solutions. We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager to lead in‑building RAN projects across the United States, with a focus on deploying Ericsson's Distributed Antenna System (DOT). The role includes planning, managing, and delivering projects in offices, airports, stadiums, hospitals, and other facilities. What you will do Lead and manage in‑building RAN construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards Develop comprehensive Bills of Materials (BOMs), selecting suitable materials such as conduits, grounding hardware, connectors, and fire‑rated penetrations Collaborate with RF design teams during the design phase to identify optimal solutions Provide direction and support to construction teams, including project managers, site supervisors, and service providers Oversee deployment of in‑building RAN systems, including Ericsson DOT, small cells, DAS, and BDAs, applying troubleshooting expertise as needed Create and enforce quality assurance processes for construction and installation activities Collaborate with vendors, subcontractors, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively resolve issues Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols Deliver regular project status updates, reports, and performance metrics to senior leadership The skills you bring 8 or more years of construction management experience focused on in‑building RAN systems; hands‑on experience with Ericsson DOT deployment is preferred Demonstrated success leading construction teams and managing complex, multi‑stakeholder projects Strong knowledge of in‑building RAN technologies including Ericsson DOT, small cells, DAS, and BDAs Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling collaboration across internal teams, vendors, and customers Analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex situations and make sound decisions under pressure Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies Preferred certifications: OSHA 30, RF Awareness, CPR/First Aid Equal Opportunity Statement Ericsson is proud to be an Equal Opportunity employer.
