2nd Shift Inspector Packer

Job Summary Inspect and sort molded or assembled parts or products for defects or deviations from specifications. Pack parts into designated packaging or pallet configurations based on customer requirements and quality specifications. Pay $18.50 USD/HR, $1.00 USD/HR Shift Premium Shift Monday–Thursday 4:00 p.m.–3:00 a.m. Flexibility required; overtime and weekend work may be necessary based on customer demand. Responsibilities Pack acceptable parts into pre‑defined packaging or pallet configurations according to established quality standards. Perform secondary operations per requirement to meet customer specifications, including part rework, assembly, and/or repack tasks. Discard or reject products, materials, and equipment that do not meet specifications. Mark or label finished containers or bundles with designated item information according to quality standards. Record production data accurately during the shift and complete secondary operations documentation as required. Remove molded parts from WIP containers and perform visual inspection for conformance to quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area, properly discarding rejected parts and keeping the area free of debris. Transfer parts in and out of the curing oven as required or instructed. Comply with legal environmental and safety requirements, policies, procedures, and regulations of the area. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Position may require periods of intense physical exertion in conditions of low to high temperatures and humidity. Ability to stand, bend, and stretch over extended periods of time during an 8‑hour work shift.
