The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of hospital experience. You will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. You will work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals. Assignments will be according to patient acuity and skills. You will utilize all ICU equipment, including ventilators and cardiac monitors. Knowledge of the documentation system is preferred. You will perform essential procedures such as central line placements and intubations. Effective communication and teamwork are vital to this role. A clean and professional appearance is expected, adhering to the dress code. This role requires adherence to attendance policies and unit guidelines.
