Software Developer (AI/ML)

Akkodis is seeking a Software Developer (AI/ML) for a Contract with a client in Allen Park, MI (Hybrid). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software applications across frontend and backend systems to meet customer needs.

Rate Range: $60/hour to $70/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.


Software Developer (AI/ML) Job Responsibilities include:

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications, including frontend interfaces and backend services.
• Build and integrate APIs and microservices to support scalable and efficient system architecture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver user-centric solutions.
• Develop and implement testing strategies, ensuring quality, performance, and reliability of applications.
• Optimize application performance and integrate new technologies to improve development efficiency.
• Ensure security best practices by safeguarding data and maintaining compliance across systems.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 6+ years of IT experience with at least 4+ years in software development.
• Strong expertise in programming languages such as Python or Java, along with experience in API development, cloud computing, and relational databases.
• Proven ability to design scalable architectures, implement full-stack solutions, and follow best practices like Agile, CI/CD, and secure coding standards.

Pay Details: $60.00 to $70.00 per hour
