Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN)We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) to provide exceptional care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, collaborating with the healthcare team, and maintaining a safe and supportive atmosphere for patients and their families.ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the emergency department.Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care based on individual needs.Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other members of the healthcare team.Monitor and interpret vital signs, medical history, and laboratory results.Assist in performing emergency procedures and interventions as required.Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and treatment plans.Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with protocols.QualificationsCurrent Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing with the State of New Mexico or current compact license.Valid Basic Life Support (BCLS) Certification.Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification.Current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Certification.Current Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC) Certification.ScheduleThis position requires working night shifts (3x12-hour shifts) from 19:00 to 07:00.
