Employment Type Full-time Shift Schedule Days: 7:00 am – 3:00 pm Evenings: 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm Nights: 11:00 pm – 7:00 am Every other weekend rotation for all full and part‑time schedules Weekend Track opportunities available for weekend‑only schedules, offering an elevated flat fee and part‑time/full‑time benefit eligibility Earn generous shift differential for all evening, night, and weekend shifts. Responsibilities Administer nursing care to residents under the direction of a Registered Professional Nurse. Assist with treatments and procedures; carry out selected duties within the framework of the established nursing plan of care. Collect data about residents and determine priorities in resident care based on identified needs and goals. Collaborate with the RN and other members of the healthcare team to contribute to the plan of care. Comply with established nursing policies, procedures, and standards to provide safe, quality care to residents. Administer medications and monitor IV therapy as ordered, following established policies and standards. Qualifications A current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of New York. Pay Pay Range: $24.00 – $30.10 per hour. Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
