Registered Nurse (RN) - Level II Trauma Center
Location: Hudson, FL
Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule: 7 AM - 5:30 PM, every other weekend, and holidays in rotation with hospital employees.
Job Description: As a Registered Nurse (RN) in a Level II Trauma Center, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care while adhering to established protocols and guidelines. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with nursing standards and hospital policies.
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
- Conduct patient assessments and collaborate with team members on care plans.
- Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and treatments.
- Document patient care activities and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Current RN license in the state of Florida.
- Experience in a trauma or acute care setting preferred.
- BLS and ACLS certification required.
