Cadence is looking for additional software developers to implement multi-body dynamics business logic and improved modeling methodologies as a part of systems modeling architectural modernization and transformation initiative.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement Adams Application back-end business logic and persistenceImplement Adams UI extensionsImplement new modeling objects and templates for AdamsModernize the Adams application back-end to take advantage of modern hardwareImprove software quality through ever-expanding coverage of functionality within automated test suitesImplement build and test pipeline logicCollaborate with rest of Adams product development teams in an Agile Development process.Collaborate with other groups within Cadence for cross-product synergies and common technologyContribute to debugging, usability improvements, and technical documentation for delivered features.Required Skills / ExperiencePython ScriptingMulti-layered software architecture with framework, plug-ins, and public APIVSCode + CoPilotStrong familiarity with Agentic AI, leveraging AI for productivity gainsStrong written and verbal communication skillsPreferred QualificationsC++ Coding ExperienceQT Coding experienceFamiliarity with MVVM, MVC coding patternsVtune softwareJIRACAD/CAE familiarityCoding for GPUEducation And ExperienceBachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science or a related technical field.0-5 Years Experience
