Exciting opportunities are available for Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), Clinical Fellows (CFYs), and Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPAs) to support students in high school and charter school settings near Manchester, NH. This contract-to-hire role is ideal for individuals passionate about making a meaningful impact in educational environments. Starting as soon as possible, you'll work 25 hours per week through November, with the potential for extension.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid state licensure or eligibility as an SLP, SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLPA
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings is highly desirable
• Teletherapy proficiency and comfort with digital platforms (for SLPs)
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Ability to adapt to covering multiple leaves and diverse caseloads
• Experience providing both direct therapy services and, for SLPs, conducting evaluations
• Team-oriented approach, collaborating effectively with educators and families

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to high school students
• Manage caseloads in both high school and charter school environments
• Conduct speech and language evaluations (SLP-specific responsibility)
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Document session notes, progress, and comply with school reporting requirements
• Communicate and collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents
• Adapt interventions to meet the needs of students with varying levels of ability
