HIRING IMMEDIATELY: MACHINE OPERATOR IN BEDFORD PARK, IL
Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Machine Operator to join our team in Bedford Park, IL. This individual will be responsible for operating and monitoring production machinery, maintaining product quality, and supporting daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment. Pay, Schedule, and Location

Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently
- Follow production procedures, work instructions, and safety policies
- Monitor machine operation and product quality
- Identify and report machine or production issues
- Perform basic machine adjustments as required
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Meet production and quality expectations
- Assist with additional manufacturing duties as assigned
Requirements and Qualifications
- Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to safely operate production equipment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
