Join Country Fair as a Sales Associate in our Sales & Business Development team. In this retail role, you'll provide friendly, efficient service, support daily store operations, and help customers find fresh food, fuel, and grocery essentials. Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers, ensuring a friendly, efficient, and positive shopping experience
Operate the cash register and point-of-sale system accurately, processing cash, credit, and mobile payments
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment, including sales floor, restrooms, and exterior areas
Stock shelves, coolers, and displays, rotating products to ensure freshness and accurate pricing
Support fresh food preparation and handling in accordance with company standards and food safety guidelines
Monitor fuel pumps and the forecourt area for safety, cleanliness, and customer needs
Respond to customer questions about products, promotions, and store services, resolving issues promptly
Follow all company policies related to cash handling, loss prevention, age-restricted sales, and safety
Collaborate with team members and shift leaders to meet daily store performance and customer service goals
Assist with basic inventory counts and reporting low stock or out-of-stock items to management
