Control costs through teaching proper use of paper, labor, food, and utilities Monitor shift activity to ensure compliance with food and safety regulations. Who You Are Previous experience in a high volume, quick service or fast casual restaurant environment preferred. Excellent leadership, communication, and team building skills. Cheerful outlook and outstanding work ethic Previous management experience Willing to work 40+ hours per week.
