This role provides direct leadership, coordination, and accountability for day-to-day fleet readiness, translating maintenance and operational requirements into actionable execution. The ADOM works closely with Maintenance Control, Planning, QA, Supply Chain, and Flight Operations to optimize fleet dispatch reliability, ensure regulatory compliance, and meet corporate objectives for availability and performance.Why this role mattersIn a high-demand Part 135 environment, every aircraft's readiness drives revenue, customer satisfaction, and operational reliability.
