Job Summary
A respected legal services firm in Bossier City, LA is seeking an experienced Paralegal - Personal Injury for a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity. This role is a strong fit for a detail-oriented legal professional who enjoys supporting attorneys, managing case documentation, communicating with clients, and helping personal injury matters move forward efficiently and accurately.
This opportunity offers a Monday-Friday schedule, no weekends, competitive hourly pay based on experience, and the chance to grow in a collaborative legal environment. Key Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys with legal research, case preparation, document management, and trial support.
- Draft, review, organize, and maintain legal documents, including pleadings, motions, correspondence, contracts, and case materials.
- Interview clients, gather case details, and maintain accurate client and case documentation.
- Organize, file, and protect confidential legal records in accordance with firm procedures.
- Track deadlines, manage scheduling needs, provide case updates, and support preparation for hearings, mediations, and trial.
- Contribute to a professional, team-oriented environment focused on strong client service and successful case outcomes.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay range: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour.
- Competitive pay based on experience.
- Full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity.
- Monday-Friday schedule.
