ServiceNow SPM PMO Analyst

Client is seeking a ServiceNow SPM PMO Analyst to develop portfolio dashboards, maintain accurate project data, track milestones, manage financial reporting, and deliver operational insights across a global project portfolio. This role requires hands-on ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management experience and a PMO background within critical infrastructure, power electronics, heavy manufacturing, or industrial engineering.

Core Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy a centralized PMO dashboard providing real-time visibility into global project health, critical paths, milestones, and delivery timelines.
• Maintain ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management as the authoritative source for project portfolio data.
• Audit data sources, validate data integrity, and ensure portfolio information remains complete and accurate.
• Develop, monitor, and report KPIs supporting project delivery, operational performance, and continuous improvement.
• Audit Project Delivery team utilization and adherence to established processes.
• Update standard operating procedures to improve consistency, compliance, and operational performance.
• Track Original Promise Date adherence, milestone attainment, project lifecycle performance, and recurring process gaps.
• Use ServiceNow SPM financial management capabilities to track project costs, sell prices, forecasts, change orders, profitability, revenue realization, and portfolio health.
• Conduct financial audits and reconciliations across multi-million-dollar project portfolios.
• Establish and maintain RAID/RIDAC processes for risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, actions, and decisions.
• Facilitate cross-functional engagement to address technical dependencies, regulatory risks, field-service constraints, and project delivery roadblocks.
• Develop customer-specific portfolio views covering project status, milestones, risks, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate with project managers, design engineers, operations teams, and other global stakeholders.

Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Technologies

• 3+ years of PMO experience within critical infrastructure, power electronics, heavy manufacturing, or industrial engineering.
• Advanced, hands-on experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management, formerly ITBM.
• Experience using ServiceNow SPM for demand management, project tracking, dashboard generation, and portfolio reporting.
• Experience developing PMO dashboards, KPIs, milestone reporting, and portfolio-level operational insights.
• Experience managing project financial reporting, forecasts, costs, change orders, and data reconciliation.
• Experience establishing or maintaining RAID or RIDAC tracking processes.
• Ability to interpret high-level electrical drawing package timelines and their effect on project milestones and SLAs.
• Ability to identify trends, process gaps, delivery risks, and operational improvement opportunities.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, supply chain, business, or a related technical discipline.

Preferred Skills or Experience

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Project Portfolio Management.
• Project Management Professional certification.
• Certified Associate in Project Management certification.
