What You'll Do:

Implement Therapeutic Interventions: Utilize a range of physical therapy techniques, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to restore strength, flexibility, and mobility.
Monitor Patient Progress: Track patient progress through regular evaluations and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure consistent improvement.
Collaborate with Healthcare Teams: Work closely with other healthcare providers, such as physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to provide holistic care for patients.
Educate Patients and Families: Teach patients and their families the exercises and lifestyle changes necessary to support their rehabilitation and prevent future injuries.

What We're Looking For:

Education: Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent.
Licensing: Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Delaware (or eligibility to obtain).
Experience: Clinical experience is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
Skills: Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a compassionate, patient-centered approach.
Certifications: Specialization in orthopedics, geriatrics, or sports rehabilitation is a plus.
