Role Description

Smile Makers Dental Center is seeking a full-time, experienced General Dentist to join our growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a doctor who is passionate about patient care and enjoys practicing in a collaborative environment.

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in private practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including exams, restorative treatment, basic endodontics, extractions, dental implants, and comprehensive treatment planning
• Deliver an exceptional patient experience through clear communication and empathy
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth daily operations
• Diagnose and present treatment plans using evidence-based standards of care
• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation

What We’re Looking For

• DDS or DMD from an accredited U.S. dental school
• Active Virginia dental license in good standing
• Strong communication and patient relationship skills
• Commitment to high-quality dentistry and ethical treatment planning

Compensation & Contract Structure

• Contract-based position with a competitive percentage after an initial daily minimum period
• CE support and mentorship opportunities
• Potential for growth within our six-location DSO
