We are currently seeking an experienced Civil Engineer II to support our growing project portfolio. This role is ideal for a motivated and detail-oriented engineer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and is eager to contribute to a collaborative, impact-driven team. What You'll Be Doing: Prepare detailed site development plans, including site plans, grading, stormwater management, utilities, and erosion control. Draft and review construction and permitting documents using AutoCAD, with Civil 3D preferred. Perform engineering calculations and assist in the preparation of reports, design packages, and technical submittals. Research applicable codes and regulations, support permitting efforts, and coordinate agency submittals. Attend project coordination meetings and collaborate with consultants, municipalities, and stakeholders. Conduct site visits and assist with construction phase services as needed. Other relevant duties as needed. What We're Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required. Engineer Intern (EI) certification required. Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil/site design. Proficiency in AutoCAD required; Civil 3D experience preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively. Familiarity with local permitting processes is a plus.
